I hold the therapeutic space with utmost regard and incorporate spirituality and mindfulness into the extensive work I do with adolescent, adult, couples, and families on wide ranging issues that addresses life transitions, domestic violence, parenting, marital problems, divorce/separation, substance abuse, family court, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, to all types of trauma.
I enjoy working with diverse ethnic groups and offer services in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi as well. Besides spirituality and mindfulness, I incorporate cognitive behavior therapy and solution focused techniques and interventions to inform my work. My service is available in the evenings and on Saturday and Sundays
